Contacting Owner Services:

Note: When contacting Owner Services, be sure to include your unit number in your address (if applicable). 

Here at Owner Services, we’re a small but mighty team and do not have a dedicated Owner Services representative. We work collaboratively across our organization to address homeowner inquiries. This approach allows team members with specific expertise to assist with certain types of requests. For new inquiries, we’re striving to respond to inquiries within 5 business days. 

Emergency Contact Information:

In the event of an emergency, such as an active leak or complete HVAC failure in extreme weather, please use the appropriate emergency vendor contact information below, then send us an email at myhome@greencanopynode.com to let us know you have contacted an emergency vendor.  For non-emergency issues, please submit a claim directly through the 2-10 Warranty portal.

Important Notes on Emergency Vendors:

  • Please ensure the issue is truly emergent before contacting an emergency vendor (e.g., active water leaks, complete HVAC failure in extreme weather, or loss of power).

  • If an emergency vendor is used for a non-emergent issue, the work may not be covered under the warranty, and you may be responsible for the associated costs.
