Exciting news from Bainbridge Island! The final phase of Grow Community is underway, with footings poured last January. Green Canopy NODE is proud to be a part of this groundbreaking project and we look forward to seeing it come to life.
Located just minutes from the ferry dock in the town center of Bainbridge Island, Grow Community is a sustainable and intergenerational development designed to provide a healthy and eco-friendly way of life for its residents. Using onsite-generated solar power, Grow is a Net Zero neighborhood. The final phase will focus on townhomes that reflect the rest of the community's intentional, sustainable, and community-based lifestyle.

At Green Canopy NODE, we believe in the power of integrated ecosystems, bringing together sustainable development, innovative construction tech systems, and real estate fund management through our Innovation Ecosystem Model. That's why we're thrilled to work on the final phase of Grow Community, a development that exemplifies this integration and demonstrates the versatility of our construction tech products. In collaboration with Jonathan Davis Architecture, we're providing construction management services to build faster and more efficiently.
The homes started showing their shape by the end of February, with the beginning of framing. The Green Canopy NODE construction tech team is delivering utility products that will decrease installation time by roughly 50 percent! The first homes in the project are targeted for completion in the summer.

Grow Community is the first One Planet neighborhood in the United States. The One Planet framework guides the design of Net Zero Energy neighborhoods, promoting a healthier, more sustainable, and cost-effective way of life. This program focuses not just on environmental impact but also economic and social sustainability. We are proud to partake in this movement, leveraging Green Canopy NODE's all-encompassing Net Zero building capabilities.
